Returns and Refund

Returns:

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases

By placing an order on XpressGoods, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for any orders less than $35, Shipping costs are non-refundable. To print a return shipping label, please contact us at support@xpressgoods.com.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

After the 30-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@xpressgoods.com .

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

XpressGoods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier. Wrong address disclaimer:        

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@xpressgoods.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
